Book Review: A Cookbookfor Everyone

Chef Tal's new cookbook is full of recipes designed to please not only the Vegan or Vegetarian, but even a dedicated Carnivore like me. I've tried a few already and found them very tasty, in particular because of his unique use of a variety of spices. All of the recipes would no doubt stand on their own as complete meals, but I also found them very useful as side dishes to go with beef or poultry. They are so much better than the standard green beans, peas, potatoes, etc. I would recommend this cookbook highly to "eaters" of all kinds.
