Book Reviews of The Crystal BibleBook Review: Good intro book, wrong factual data? Summary: 4 Stars
This book was a godsend as it was reference book for me. I use it for discussing the crystals with my clients both as a Psychologist and Angel reader/Gemstone healer. The pictures are helpful to distinguish the different stones. I agree with H.Mason. She should mention Azeztulite is opaque white quartz-if thats what it is. I am still researching info on that. Angelite is another name for Anhydrite.
That said, the book contains metaphysical properties of the stones, what it does psychologically for you and the physical healing properties as well. I found that very useful in my line of work when people had questions as a "go to" guide for the issue. She did a nice job of dividing the knowledge into two volumes. The common or more widely known stones is in this book/volume. Volume 2 has the lesser known stones for the true Gem lover.
Book Review: Good reference Summary: 5 Stars
I picked this book up a few weeks ago and have really been enjoying it. The physical format is neat and handy, small enough to tote along but still thick and in full-color. And besides the information on the healing properties of various gems, it's a very good illustrated reference to the stones themselves. I own quite a few other books on gems and jewelry, but this one is by far the easiest to use for looking up and identifying specific stones, since it's alphabetized, and it provides the greatest amount of information and photos of each stone.
Book Review: Great Book Summary: 5 Stars
If you have any interest in crystals, gems and minerals - this book will be your go to book. Easy to read. Pictures are helpful and the information is enough to satisfy general curiosity (without boring you). Recommended as an addition to your crystal library.
Book Review: Great Crystal guide! Summary: 5 Stars
I've purchased many books on crystals in the past. The Crystal Bible is very complete with over 200 crystals featured, and it gives easy to understand explanations of how crystals are created, as well as how they do what they do. I would highly recommend this book.
Book Review: Great Handbookl Summary: 5 Stars
This book is small but packed with information. It is extremely helpful as a reference and can be carried around in a purse or bag easily. It gives excellent info on the metaphysical and healing uses of a comprehensive list of stones.
