Book Review: ......Weep No More My Lady.....
Summary: 5 Stars
The ultimate summer read purports to be the book on what really happened, when in actuality it's just a compendium of snippets from interviews, sound-bites, and information culled from other books/sources about the late, great Lady Di. And you know what, I LOVE EVERY PAGE OF IT!!! I do believe Ms. Brown has some pretty damned determined agenda of her own when it comes to Diana.......maybe SHE wanted to be the main subject of this read, eh? However, I simply do not buy the bull that Diana was miserable from the very start....and I do mean the VERY START of her marriage to Charles.....with the whole bulimia/"The Firm" against her/hating Balmoral and all of that rubbish Ms. Brown insists really happened...I mean,........let's give it a bit of time for the truth about Camilla & Charles to sink in.....although there are those damned cufflinks that "horsewoman" did give to him at the very start of the honeymoon....mmmmm...Oh well, just buy it & read it & enjoy all the drama....wish most of it could have been a work of fiction however...maybe Diana would still be around today.....
