Book Review: This CD Collection is good for any golfer

This Audio book / CD-box contains 4 x 2 discs. They are excerpts from some of Dr. Bob Rotella's books on the mental side of golf - read by the author himself.
I got them as a birthday present and though - at that time - I hadn't read any of Dr. Bob Rotella's books - but I must say: THIS IS GREAT STUFF!
Dr. Rotella talks you through a number of the psychological aspects & dimensions of golf. At some of the CDs he's making his points thru telling the story of players/golf matches - in others he's more straight forward on what to do and avoid.
Although the points Dr. Rotella are making might sound simple ("Focus at the present", "Accept the non-perfect strokes", "Aim for a small, specific target" etc.) - it is VERY helpful. There is more stuff in the books - but the CDs give you the opportunity to listen to this wise man in your car on the way to the golf course. Great idea!
One month after I got the CD-box, my handicap has dropped by 2 (in the low 20-s) - and what is more important: A round of golf is now more fun and interesting. Thanks Doc!
