Book Review: A bizarre and imaginative stab at corporate culture!

In Mellick's twisted world, we populate in the beginning as fetus flies. If we are fortunate enough to survive, we are incubated by brand-name companies to which we must serve allegiance. Sort of a West Side Story, but instead of the Sharks and the Jets, we have the McDonalds and the Toyotans sparring off. Some employees have super-sensitive senses that enable them to be exceptionally efficient in their jobs. Thus there are the Sights, Smells, and so forth. Lincoln(a Smell) is our guide through all this with his raunchy sexcapades with his gross "girlfriend" Luci and his encounter with the glutonous braniac, The Egg Man. It seemed only fitting that the printer was Eraserhead Press. I am glad I chose The Egg Man as this is the first book I have read of Mellick's.
