Lacks table of contents (WHERE is the book going? Where may I turn first?) AND lacks an index (where can I find information about X?).
Conclusion: only for those who love reading about cooking... browsing... and otherwise appears foolishly unconventional as a non-fiction book.
I know that sounds harsh. It was just such a disappointment.
