how else do you explain the price of this "special edition," totally unnecessary and, i would argue, totally against the spirit of the contents of the book (which deserves 5 stars in its original form). this is the publishing world's equivalent of repackaging and re-releasing musical hits of dead musicians in order to cash in on them again and again.
