Book Review: Not much more than a bandaid

I've been searching desperately to find a book which deals, in depth, with the unique problems facing people who've had gastric bypass surgery. There's plenty written about life pre-op and immediately post-op, but precious little about the issues one faces a year, five year, ten years out. The description of this book seemed to promise such a discussion, but it is, in fact, little more than a very basic how-to-diet-successfully book. If you're relatively new to the whole issue of dieting, it might be useful, but if you're a veteran of the fat wars, then not so much.
