This book is a MUST for all contemplating WLS or already have had the surgery. It is a no nonsense book about how you can control your emotions when it comes to eating. Its not a big book but do not be discouraged by its size. This book packs a punch. It helped me tremendously. I wish I could enter excerpts from the book but I am sure amazon would frown upon it. It is definitely a worthwile investment.
