Book Review: Not as good as the others and too fast paced

Sorry to disappoint but the fourth title in the Maximum Ride series does not follow in the footsteps of its predessors.
The book is too fast paced and too much new information is introduced in the first few chapters.
Patterson has changed Max quite a bit. She is more grown up but a tad preppy.
Most of the characters make amazing new discoveries.
The action is good, if a little unrealistic at times.
But if you are an avid Maximum Ride supporter like myself, read it. It may be better for you.
Overall a must read for hooked Maximum Ride readers, although you will be disappointed.
