Book Review: The Future of our Healthcare
Summary: 5 Stars
I listened to this book on my ipod while walking. I found it to be so insightful and future thinking. Dr. Hyman says the way most view medicine will drastically change for the better very soon as the results of many new studies reach the mainstream of the medical world. Contrary to my own beliefs he advocates eating some meat but says it should be free of hormones and other bad elements. I think we could do our planet a world of good if we stopped eating meat all together as we have to grow the plants to feed them and we should just eat the plants to begin with since that is where all nutrition starts.
