Book Reviews of The FrontBook Review: Another Great Story Summary: 5 Stars
Having been chosen to read this book before it came out. I have to say I was impressed. The story was well written and the characters drew me in right away. As with all of her other books I was immersed in the story from page one. Win is a character that you have to take time to know, he isn't see through but is very complex. All of the other characters take time to get to know as well. The only character I didn't like was Monique Lamont although I suspect I wasn't supposed to like her. I found her character unbelievable in this day and age. Overall I would highly recommend this book.
Book Review: Another Spectacular Read Summary: 5 Stars
Another wonderful example of why, Patricia Cornwell is a New York Times best selling author. Win Garano, Nana and Monique Lamont are back in this fast paced novel. New characters like Stump and Raggedy Ann are so well defined that you hope they will spring up in another book and can't wait for that book to be published, while the classic characters gain more in depth personalities. The plot is well put together, everything from terrorism and bank robbers to a cold case murder and copper thieves. You cannot stop flipping the pages, and the conclusion comes out of nowhere. Writing at the top pf her game, Patricia Cornwell provides enough of a storyline and exciting energy to persuade you to finish the book in a single sitting. While finishing in at fewer than 200 pages, The Front leaves you more than satisfied and sad that it is over. Cornwell fans and those new to her craft will fall in love all over again.

Book Review: Another Stunner! Summary: 5 Stars
I loved this new novella by Cornwell! She started this book off running, and there wasn't a single moment after that that didn't have me on the edge of my seat. I loved Nana's role in the book and I thought it added something extra as did the complex relationships between Win and the other characters in the book. It was a great read, and the ending had me completely stunned, I never expected who did it!
Book Review: Another disappointment Summary: 2 Stars
Patricia Cornwell's last few books have been disappointing, but I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt on this new series, since I so enjoyed her first several books. This one was a loser too. I think she's lost her muse. Ever since she began the werewolf nonsense, and then that awful book where Scarpetta is in Florida licking her wounds and totally out of the loop it has gone down hill. She is not being true to the character of Scarpetta, and she is not creating new characters with this series that are well rounded, likable, and interesting. I hate to see Cornwell turning out this pap, since I know from experience that she is capable of so much more. Very disappointing book. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even the most die-hard Cornwell fan.
Book Review: Another great book by Patricia Cornwall Summary: 4 Stars
I was given the pleasure to read this novella before it went out to print. I am a big fan of Patricia Cornwall, and this is a great sequel to At Risk. The book moved at a good pace, always interesting, and it went fast. You will not be disappointed.
