Summary: 4 Stars
This is a great play along CD and book, but probably more for the advanced drummer as the sight reading level is quite high and the sixteen tracks which feature on the double CD, require a fair amount of advanced technical ability. The style of music is more jazz flavoured fusion than the funk the author is better known for in his band Tower of Power, but David Garibaldy still lays down typical TOP grooves.
A challenging book, which is bound to improve your playing.
