Book Review: So Far Not a Bad Recipe

So I got this book at a used bookstore on a whim about a year ago. Not expecting much, especially since someone had already deemed it unworthy. Hands down one of the best cookbooks I have bought in a while. Everything I have made has been WONDERFUL!! Has total working time and actual cooking time which is a GREAT feature when deciding what to make/when to make it. There are some odd ball recipes/ingredients but this is a Gourmet cookbook (if you don't know what that means, buy a magazine first and take a stab at some of those recipes).
Great pork recipes to try: Island Pork, Pork with Apricot and Shallot Stuffing, and their North Carolina BBQ Pork (surprised? me, too, but it was goooood).
