I really enjoy this book. It is tropical fun and festive. The first half of the book contains information and a picture of probably all of the mangos around the world, from A to Z, about 60 in all. WOW! Then the other half contains recipes from Drinks and starters, to Soups, Salads and main courses including fish, chicken and other meats. These juicy recipes vary from all over the world. Lastly, no recipe book is complete without desserts. There are not many, but a few, like all of the other recipes to give you great ideas of what to do with those delicious fruits. Ciao!
