Book Review: Vinegar would you credit it?

I bought this because a friend has a book on vinegar and its health benefits which sounded very interesting. Sadly this wasnt the same book. It does tend to drone about about historical uses for all different types of vinegar but not much about its actual healing properties. It reads as if they had trouble filling the book.
