I've read this book from cover to cover in a short time as it was so interesting & full of useful information that I couldn't put it down. I do a lot of health research & this author, Nan Fuchs, has it all. Also, I like the easy way she writes and how personable she seems. Extremely useful for women. I'm buying about a dozen copies and am sending them to my friends and relatives.
