Book Review: explains how blood pressure drugs are dangerous and what to do instead
Summary: 4 Stars
The first chapter alone could save your life or that of a loved one taking blood pressure medications.
The rest of the book explains how to uncover the real causes of symptoms and reverse them without drugs. The author's laudatory goal, in the remainder of the book (following the first, most valuable, chapter), is to help you restore optimal wellness but I am not convinced that her collection of suggestions is that knowledgeable. Another book "The Hidden Story of Cancer" by Brian Peskin gives much more focused nutritional suggestions that will help anyone, not just cancer victims. Apparently this book is no longer being sold by Amazon but can be purchased via the Nutri Centre Bookshop in London.
I would also recommend the book "Malignant Medical Myths", which also provides even more valuable information about high blood pressure, in addition to busting nearly a dozen other dangerous medical myths.
