This book simplifies the method of teaching/learning hitting. No two hitters have the same style, but the absolutes such as timing, balance, stable posture and seeing ball are what the great hitters have. This book expalins the absolutes of hitting, and covers drills that will help and also drills to avoid because they don't translate into what a hitter does at the plate.
