Book Review: A Lie We've All Bought Into Unfortunately
Summary: 5 Stars
This is a well researched and well written book on the effects that worldwide pollution, processed foods and chemicals are having on our bodies. Doesn't it seem crazy that we are now faced with a health crisis and here in America many are struggling to pay for health insurance when really we need to be spending more time and money getting to the source of the problem? I live as naturally as I can, but still this book made me aware of possible source of toxins I hadn't considered. And by the way there is a terrific website to for the book.
