Interesting stuff, but basically it's the old positive thinking and creative visualistion thing. It can't hurt to tune your mind into positive things so maybe thats a good thing. There is a lot of waffle in the book for what is a basic and simple idea but some may find that useful. Does it work? I don't know yet, I'll let you know.
