Book Review: A quick pocket reference book to Manners

This little book of etiquette is really a little book. This makes it easier to carry around with you anywhere you may go; which in turn makes it easier to refer to in a situation where you are not sure what to do.The book is simple and easy to read. It goes through all the basics of etiquette and manners. It even goes as far as to explain how to lay a table.
It is ideal as a gift to a child you are trying to teach manners to. Although example is always far better.
Unfortunately, the book contains American rules of etiquette. It is also rather basic. Then again any etiquette is better than no etiquette.
If you are after a deeper insight, then this is not the book for you. If you are after basic etiquette that is easy to read and understand, then this is the book for you. It may even provide a brush up for those who would like to confirm little things such as - How to eat asparagus!
Overall, the book is well written. It provides an overall look at basic etiquette, and is written in an easy to understand style.
