Book Review: This book RULES! Summary: 5 StarsThis is the only book of Morrison's poetry that I have read, and I must say it was great. The vivid imagery created was haunting, frightening even. But Morrison cotorts it to a way that was quite thought provoking. I really liked it.
Book Review: kicks butt Summary: 5 StarsIt was written with beauty and intelligence. And spoke a true meaning of life the fraglie wonder.
Book Review: Words, nimble and quick; timely and hip. Jim jam. Summary: 5 StarsPre-punk moby dick through a lens, crafted; one billion out of six understands; hopes that you can see it too; dig it. A great way to fill the void.
Book Review: Jim Morrison at work Summary: 5 StarsTo even begin to scratch the surface of trying to understand Jim Morrison of The Doors, you must read this book. Your journey will include listening to the CDs, of course, and even reading what others have written about him and the other members of the band. There is an incredible number of books about Morrison and the Doors--more than almost every other rock artists, I would guess. But you will be seeing and hearing only part of the picture until you read the first widely published volume of Morrison's musings-- his own writings in his own words, unadulterated and unfiltered.
