Book Reviews of The Lost Warrior (Warriors)Book Review: I love the art but... Summary: 4 StarsThe art was really stupendous, but I thought it was really short and not too exciting. But it is a good thing to buy if you love the warrios series and have read EVERY one, like I have. My favorite parts were the dreams about Silverstream because she was drawn very beautifuly.
Book Review: Warriors Rocks! Summary: 5 Stars I absolutely loved it, I don't get why everyone says it was a disappointment! Sure it was maybe a little short but the art was cool, and yeah Millie's a Mary Sue, but it is worth the read all the way and it helps lead up to what's discussed in the Sight. It was great also for my 8 year old brother who wants to read warriors but isn't ready for the actual books themselves. I mostly reccomend this to ages 5-14, however.
Book Review: The wait was a huge disappointment. Summary: 3 StarsI am quite disappointed with Tokyopop on this one. For starters, this is not real manga. It's too..."cheesy", I must admit.
When I went to Barnes and Noble to find this book, I was shocked at how thin it truely is.
If your a fan of Peach Fuzz like I am, check out the density of it, and compare that to this. Peach Fuzz is a giant compared to this!
Parents, if you wish to order this book for your SMALL (10 and under) child, I recommend it due to it's lack of gore, and easy to read plotlines.
However, if your into all those gory, action, NOT-HEADACHE CREATING, TRUE MANGA people, this book isn't for you.
Book Review: An OK Story Summary: 4 StarsWarriors is about the Cats who face problems that cats might have in the wild. I musts say i was HUGELY dissapointed. I mean, I like Graystripe [Cat on Cover] Is supposedly takem to two-leg place [Humans house]. So I expect the best book in Warrior history, but It was A COMIC. Oh My Gosh! I liked it but, A COMIC! Now I love comix BUT A warrior-Based Comic! jeesh. Now If you are a geek, and Abouselutely LUV Comics you'll probabaly like this but you BIG warrior fans out there, I bet you're just as disapointed as I am
Book Review: Great story, but way too short! Summary: 4 Stars Overall, the book was great, especially for Graystripe fans. The artwork was great and the story compelling. Graystripe has been captured by Twolegs and now lives with them. He begins to feel lost and confused. He longs to return to his Clan, but he begins to forget the life of the warrior and begins to acts more like a kittypet, even fearing the outside. Will he be albe to find his way home?
The only complaint I have is that was way too short. Even taking my time, I finished it within 20 minutes. I think they could have added much more detail to the story line and expanded the book much more.
