This product is exactly how it was described and when he said that some of the pages were dog eared, I figured that at least 15-20 were like that, only 2 were dog eared, it was perfect!

Book Review: Awsome relationship book!!!

Me and my husband have been going to marriage counceling and our counceler recomended this book to us. It took a little while for us to get it but when we did it was so worth it! It has some great pointers in it for the husband and the wife! your marriage doesnt have to be falling apart to read this book. It is even just good as a refresher. I recomend this book to anyone I know and to all you considering to buy this book, it is well worth te money!Book Review: Be Daring

As most people might already know, this book is based upon the Christian movie "Fireproof", which is about a man who saves his marriage by completing a character-testing, 40-day list of "dares" suggested to him by his father. Like the movie, the book of course is Christian based as well.
I loved the movie and the book is more of the same. However I looked at both of them from the perspective of a person happily married for over 15 years. I can tell you that while I don't practice all the dares in the book, my spouse and I are good about doing many of them- and of course there's always room for improvement. From my personal experience, I feel like concentrating on the kinds of ideas presented in the book have been absolutely key to making our marriage last.
Now the book itself also consists of a 40-day list of dares. For each day, there's about a page and a half or so of advice, followed by a specific dare and some space for you to write down your personal reflections. Dares range from things such as practicing patience to writing out a renewal of your vows. The guys will probably particularly like Day 32!
As you can tell, I highly recommend going to see the movie and reading the book. In a society that places a high value on looks and money, while sporting a 50% divorce rate, its nice to see more movies and books coming out that get people more focused on the right values in life. Even if you don't do anything more than just glance through the book, you're going to be given something to think about. Other self-help books I enjoyed include "Finding Happiness in a Frustrating World" .
Book Review: Best Book for Relationships

I purchased this book for my husband for Valentine's Day. We had been on two separate Islands for more than 9 months. Things had really gotten bad, I thought we were over. I started praying for the both of us and this was his answer. We had a great time on Valentine day, and afterwards we had a great discussion. My husband is not a communicator at all, so I knew this was only Gods work. Then I played the movie "Fireproof". After the movie my husband stated he wanting to do the 40 days, without me saying anything (again Gods work). I then gave him the book "Love Dare" as his real Valentine's present. We are now close to the end of the 40 days and our relationship has improved a lot. My husband has even asked if we can renew our vows next year to celebrate starting a new in our relationship. I highly recommend this book if you're trying to find a way to have your husband/ wife build/ rebuild a real relationship with God, so their life is a true reflection of god. Having God in your life first , makes marriage much easier.Book Review: Best Marriage Counseling Ever!

I purchased two books, one for myself and husband, we took the steps in this book seriously and found ways to improve our marriage. Although we were not having any problems, it improved our marriage and made us more stronger. We bought two more books for another couple and they enjoyed it as well and their marriage is also successful. We all did not need to pay to go see a marriage counselor, this book can help anyone!!!
