Book Review: "OLD AGE" approach gets "new age" bad rap

I had awful stmoach pains that often ended with me in the hospital and none of the various doctors could tell me what was wrong with my body. I changed my diet at their (doctors)suggestion, no dairy, red meats, or processed foods and excercise. I lost 20 pounds on their diet, but the stmoach problems continued.
When I found this book, I tried the diet for 17 days. I lost no significant weight, but have had no stmoach problems since.
I now only eat vegan and raw, with the sight and smell of meat making me sick, yes even chicken and fish. I did not even realize meat had a strong smell! Eating raw or vegan doesnt mean you cannot enjoy other foods, sometimes.
It confuses me to read reviews from people that call this new age crap- new age? I'm sure adam and eve had a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and slow cooker. get a life pig!
Also, people say it is not worth it to eat organic, vegan, or raw. Really? give it a try and then get back to me.
