I have tried many diets and often became depressed when they didn't work. I felt like some kind if misfit. After answering the questions she asked about your health, I realized I fell right into this catagory. I have used is for 6 weeks and my jeans that I was ready to give away to go up a size, now fit comfortably. My sweet tooth is gone and I am eating heathlier. My belly fat is starting to disappear. It has been truly a miracle for me.
