Book Review: 1 million in 24 months since reading the book
Summary: 5 Stars
Since purchasing and reading the book, as a real estate agent that is only in the business for 4 years, I just passed the 1 million mark in commissions earned for our team during the past 24 months following and using the models and principals that are described in the book, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, while having a balanced life. The Economic Model showed us the numbers to hit, the Lead Generation Model showed us how to get business and appointments, the Budget Model showed us how much to spend on the key areas and the Organizational Model is invaluable in assisting me in putting together my million making real estate agent team. This book got us thinking like a millionaire so that we could begin to earn a million. Our next step, using the book as our guide will be to earn a million in a 12 month period of time. I am starting to read the book for the 14th time and can't wait to find more nuggets that pop out each and every time that I read it. It is not all about the money, but it is nice to know that this book help you in that area as well as developing a life outside of real estate. I highly recommend this book.
