I found this book full of fascinating and invaluable information about hormone inbalance, with simple and straightforward explanations as to why certain sympoms occur, and how they can be addressed and resolved with the appropriate use of bio-identocal hormones.
It is certainly an eye opening and quite probably a life changng book for anyone that is dealing with hormone inbalance whether male, female, young or old. What surprises me is how many conditions have roots in hormonal inbalance, far beyond the typical post natal and menopausal upheavals I associate with this subject. Also a good handbook to keep and refer back to.
