Book Review: Was hoping it would have a plan of action
Summary: 3 Stars
While seemingly well researched and informative, it was vague regarding a plan of action, though the author did a good job. This book was more set up to provide a compilation of different avenues to try and/or pick and choose from rather than setting forth a plan or providing guidance for formulating a plan. I have since been reading about omega 3 and bipolar. I am trying that.
