Book Review: This book has opened up a whole new way of eating for me!
Summary: 5 Stars
Having bought this book in an attempt to find some interesting recipes to cook up for my vegan friends I am seriously considering the idea of changing my eating habits aswell. Not only does the book explain, in a clear and simple manner, the health benefits of such a regime, it also demonstrates, in the form of tempting recipes accompanied by equally mouthwatering photos that being vegan does not necessarily mean boring. I was under the impression that veganism meant abstention from all the flavours and textures that make eating a pleasure - tofu, tofu and more tofu... but this book has definitely proved my misconceptions to be so wrong. I have already tried four of the recipes and not only did they work first time but they were heartily received by my (non vegan) friends and family too. I didn't even mention that they were in fact 'healthy vegan meals.'This book is one of the most refreshing and modern cookery books that I have seen recently.
