Book Review: Will help prepare you for labor

This book helped give me the courage to deliver my baby with no epidural. It explains how women are made to have babies and it is a natural process that we shouldn't fear but rather embrace. It will teach you to trust your body and allow it do what it is designed to do. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I hoped it would have more specific techniques to use to manage the pain in labor. Labor pain is very real and something every pregnant woman should be prepared for as much as possible. This book will help you accept the pain of labor and give you a confidence boost.
