Book Reviews of The OutsidersBook Review: "Classic?" I think not. Still, a good book. Summary: 3 Stars
I enjoyed this book, but to call it a "classic" is really blowing it out of proportion. I read this in 8th grade, then two weeks later, I read a REAL classic, Catcher in the Rye. I'd recommend this book, but I wouldn't call it a "classic."

Book Review: "Paul Newman and a Ride Home...." Summary: 5 Stars
I was amazed by how many reviews this book was given. I had to read it in high school and I loved it! It shows that youcan't judge a book by its cover and you can't judge a character strictly from the outside (no pun intended!). The "greasers" and the "socs" are both just normal people, as the reader will soon find out. It's just that the "greasers" have less money and are judged as inferior by the "socs".
Book Review: "The Outsiders" is a must-read for anyone! Summary: 5 Stars
I really got interested in all of the characters and I was captivated by each character's fun and unique personality. The main character's thoughtful and sensitive nature is part of what makes this book worthwhile.
