Book Review: A must read!! Amazing!!
Summary: 5 Stars
A friend recommended this novel to me. I was not very receptive due to the fact that I do not typically enjoy reading historical fiction. WAS I EVER WRONG!!! The book was amazing! The charachters (especially Calach) grabbed your attention and won your heart immediately.I read this book in just two sittings as I could not put it down. The ending blew me away. I was overwhelmed by the emotions it provoked in me.The Author had an uncanny knack for expressing incredible insight into the very questions we find ourselves asking everyday. For example,what is the meaning of life? what is my purpose here on earth? As well as depicting the lifelong struggles between good, bad and evil. This novel will leave you with that "feel good feeling" You know when you watch a really increible movie and sit at the end of the movie not wanting to leave, instantly wanting to see it again.....The Pict will stimulate those feelings and emotions in you. I have already begun re-reading the novel for a second time. This book needs to be at the top of your list. Find out for yourself.The Pict I bought the book originally in paperback. I reordered it in hardcover in hopes of some day meeting this author and having him sign my book.
