Book Review: Excellent book by an obviously excellent baseball man

John Stewart is an excellent source of information on baseball in general, and pitching specifically. He's made a complicated subject very easy to understand, while passing on information that's advanced as well. What comes through in his writing is his insight into maximizing pitching mechanics. This alone is worth the price of the book. Great for kids - great for advanced pitchers as well.
