This book is a wonderful source of information on all levels of every woman's post-natal period (which actually does not last only six weeks!!!!). If you are the type of person who wants to find out and understand what happens to your physical body as well as to you emotionally and spiritually, then this is the book to buy.It empowers and makes you wanting to embracing the whole experience. At the same time it takes away all the anxiety about all those piled up kilos and explains why we won't start lose them until about six months after giving birth.
