I realized how I had overcomplicated everything I do by being concerned with small things and not thinking of simplicity. Patty's direct way of explaining the theory resonates and was my call to action. In the few months since I begin putting her words into action, I feel as if I have regained control of my surroundings. Highest Kudos on this book.
