This book is a must read by everyone. It applies not only to people with auditory processing difficulties (more than you may think), but also includes sound health tips for the general public. It's readable, based on both solid research and engaging personal stories. It includes vital information everyone should know, such as the discovery that high pitched tones are one of the key nutrients of the brain, and that in our industrialized society, with low tones from lawn mowers, planes, refrigerators, etc., we don't get enough high tones, contributing possibly to depression, anxiety etc. Read the book to find out how to counter this - it's absolutely fascinating!
