Book Review: Nicely done cookbook
Summary: 4 Stars
This is a relatively inexpensive cookbook with 250 recipes (good bang-for-the-buck). I've tried several so far and they have all been delicious. There is a nice variety to the recipes offered.
Pressure-cooking can sometimes be a little tricky, but this book explains the basics of the process well, and the recipe instructions have (so far) been sufficient and have worked well. I'm using an electric 6-quart cooker and the book's cook-time instructions seem spot-on. If you've never tried pressure cooking, this is a good reference for starting out.
