This book is the absolute bible for any chef, amateur or professional. With information about food in terms of country and region, local produces, different ways of cooking, how to store food healthily, how to cook it healthily, methods of cutting, chopping, preparing, baking, roasting, and more than 500 recipes, ranging from simple dough for pizza to stuffed turkey with risotto and a variety of desserts, this book has nothing to be jealous of off any other book on the topic.
It's a massive, 1400-page book that has it all. Nuff said, let the cooking begin!
