If you want to know how much the government can take advantage of you...this is a must read. If you want to know even more reasons to see what is wrong with government and the George w. Bush administration, this will give you solid facts and links to find even more information that is disturbing. I will admit, the only reason I opted to even pick up this book was because of the author. If you have read Vincent Bugliosi's Helter Skelter, then you will understand. Although I'm not one who goes for the legal courtroom scenario, I deemed that whatever Bugliosi wrote, it would be compelling and convincing. It was both.
Given the person at the center of this legal presentation, it is probably little wonder that many might stand up and say "Bush is a war criminal". But saying it and being able to back it up with evidence is another matter.
Bugliosi offers up the tool to any State prosecutor in the US who has the courage to take the charge and run with it. The book is essentially a preparation for a trial and the many arguments that can be used against Bush and the administration.
The only thing I wasn't that keen on was the references to Bugliosi being a democrat. I realise this is how things are in this Nation - you are one or the other, but it just takes away from the facts when continously repeating that you're not on the side that 'produced this'. There are a few mentions of Democrats who stood by and did everything they should not have done, but they are mentioned less.
Political leanings (or lack of) aside, if you want an argument that could win a prosecution, I believe this has been well crafted. If you are sick of the Bushisms and all the allegations, because nothing is actually being done, then I wouldn't recommend it.

Mr. Bugliosi fully documents the horror show and the cowards who lied their way into this "War", how bush joked and laughed his way through it; how Cheney profited by it; and most of all how the media and most Americans cheerleaded their way thru it. Starting pre-9/11, thru 9/ll and Bush's response in the Florida School room, and the sickening jokes afterwards, the author cannot believe the way this nation was lassoed by a bunch of cowards into this murderous war. Bush, cheney , Rice, and the whole gang are shown for the miserable bunch they truly are; even when Bush tried to get US planes disguised as UN planes to fly and get shot down in Iraq as a casum bellum. Lying to the citizens of the USA for his disaster shows this how bunch truly "Hates America", and they should go on trial for murder..But the lazy, in-curious citizenry, mirrowing their "leaders" could really care less, if it takes them away from the junk-culture spoon fed them daily..Mr. Bugliosi hits a whole in one with this one, as he shows the rot and lies spouted by the BushLeague, the Limbo-ites and the rest; a bunch with zero conscience- all cowards from the git-go...And 100,000 incinerated Iraqis, including babies and children. what is the zeolots response? "This is what happens in war!" Nauseating from the Bush/cheney/Limbo-land know-nothings! Read this and learn how Bush, Et co., thru local jurisdictions in the USA, where soldiers were killed, can and should go on trial for murder.Book Review: And Justice for All?

I just finished Mr. Bugliosi's book and I am dumbstruck that, with all of the facts given, and he DOES back up all of his information with FACTS, we still cannot get justice for the scam that was pulled on this nation by the Bush administration. Since there is no statute of limitations on murder, I can only hope that in time some legislators will look into prosecuting these monsters. If you are judging this book before reading it, I suggest you take the time to do so, it is well worth it and full of information that you can easily look up on the internet if you don't believe Mr. Bugliosi. It's about time America stopped burying its head in the sand and took action against its greatest criminals of all time. We may be able to actually get some respect back from other nations if we do so. I wish Mr. Bugliosi could go ahead and lead the prosecution, he is brilliant!Book Review: Marvelous
