Book Review: A good resource but there are others...

If you're new to raw foods I'm not sure I would start here but it is a good book to have in your library. I particularly did not care for the organization of it. Seemed like too much emphasis was put on the "celebrities" in raw food. They are not gods, just people that have written books and gotten into the "movement". Not taking away from their contribution, but it just seems over the top to me. Again, I really did enjoy this book and recommoned it's purchase as she does offer a lot of good information. I would just not find it the best one for an introduction. Well, I guess I'll be a little wishy washy on this. It wasn't bad at all, just probably not my favorite. Still a very good book and worth making the purchase.
