Book Review: A Must Have, Will Change Your Life!

Although I've been eating raw for several years, I still found Paul's book a great read. It's aimed at someone interested in transitioning from the S.A.D. (standard american diet) and I think his simple analogies work well. There is no doubt what Paul writes about works. I've experienced the benefits of a raw and living food diet and has changed my life, just as it has Paul's. Most of what he suggests will challenge the average American's thought process... and that's good! We've been conditioned (or programmed) to eat and live in more and more unnatural ways today and often don't realize that our diet and lifestyle is what's causing ill health, obesity, disease, colds (yes colds! Someone here mentioned that colds are caused by viruses and that Paul was talking 'gobly goop' here. That's conventional medicine talking. You wouldn't get a cold if your body was clean and detoxified... regardless of what virus and bacteria you came in contact with. I haven't had a cold in years!) often for the sake of convenience. What is your health worth? What life will you have without your health? Paul is sharing the truth here and has done a great service by writing this book.
