Book Reviews of The ReconnectionBook Review: An Excellent Book.... Summary: 5 Stars
An excellent book about connecting with Source -- really connecting -- to the point that you transform - and you can thereby transform others. It's all about transcending fear - yes, moving beyond fear and allowing more and more love to be a part of your infinite intelligence, your energy and your vibration of beingness.
Book Review: An awesome experience Summary: 5 Stars
I was told about this book and had it on my wish list for awhile. I was in this nature and healing wellness store and there it was. It called to me and I felt the energy immediately. As I read it, my hands and fingers started to tingle. Then I read the part where it says that you will start the process of receiving the energy just by reading the book. Because of this book, I am now intersted in the training up close and personal. I think this book is a must read for healers on a serious mission to assist others in their healing and those interested in healing themselves.
Book Review: An inspiring book Summary: 5 Stars
I have read many books on healing and energy therapy, and this is the one that has had me booking a place to travel half way round the world for the next seminar in Los Angeles (there are no practitioners in my country of residence.) As I am not very sensitive to subtle energy I have not had the effects reported by some other reviewers, but I am expecting developments at the seminar.
The book is well written, Eric Pearl is articulate and has a sense of humour. The stories are well told and Eric's account of how he came to have this gift is highly entertaining, and the gift itself a marvel.
This is the first time I have felt inspired to write a review of a book purchased from Amazon. The only way it could be improved is by making it longer.
Book Review: Astonishing! Summary: 5 Stars
What an incredible story and what an incredible gift!
And his techniques appear to work too. What I found most astonishing was that (as Eric mentioned) while reading the book (whether it was the power of suggestion or something else) I too actually felt I was being attuned to the energy as my third eye and crown chakras went nuts and energy vibrations travelled from my hands throughout my body.
I then used the techniques Eric mentioned, on my husband, and a pain he had actually disappeared.
Book Review: At the very least, it's worth a try Summary: 4 Stars
I just finished the book (I found my copy at a garage sale), and all in all, I'm glad to have found it. I've read several of the 26 comments submitted thus far, and am surprised to find so few negative (or low-star) submissions, just because of the topic's metaphysical nature. I don't feel that it alienates so much as offers to include ANYone willing to give it a try. There's no apparent drawback, as long as you follow such key directives as "set no expectations." Sounds like an easy-out, but in context, it isn't...to me anyway, and I tend to be quite skeptical. If you feel you're on a path that involves healing lives in any aspect, this book is at least worth the time it takes to read the 220 or so pages it comprises.
