Book Review: Easy to use, and I got great results!!!

I ordered the resistance band deck a while back and I'm definitely happy with the results. I do a lot of travel, and Eduardo's regiment (along with the bands themselves) has allowed me to work out on the road without a gym. All you really need is a door! I love that the cards are simple to follow and ringed, so I don't lose them (as I tend to do).
I researched the exercises in the deck and found that Eduardo really knows his stuff. It works all of your major muscle groups (arms and legs).
Seriously, I can't believe how much of a burn I feel after only a couple minutes (and I'm only on two bands at a time!).
Buy it. You will not regret it.
