Book Reviews of The Rock Says...

Book Review: Best Seller
Summary: 5 Stars

I've just finished reading the rock says and I have to say that this book is going to be a best seller.I've meet the Rock before but to be honest, I met Dwayne Johnson and not the rock. Dwayne took a picture with me and was very nice to me. To be honest, I thought he would call me a jabroni or something but he didn't.My favorite part in the book is Chapter 12,the good, the bad...the ugly.He talks a lot about the fans and how he loves to sign autographs and take pictures with the fans.He says that the fans are not an annoyance, they are the only reason he's here.I got to witness this for myself.Everyone needs to read this book because you will appreciate him a little more for his kindness, unselfishness, and most important, his gift which is to entertain the millions and millions of rock fans.

Book Review: Best book I ever read
Summary: 5 Stars

It was a very good book I would recommend it to wrestling fans and people who know nothing about wrestling

Book Review: Best book I ever read!
Summary: 5 Stars

This book has got to be the greatest book I ever read. before reading this book I was stuck like a rock in a hard place in deciding what I want to do for a living. I've always kept wresling in the back of my mind because I always wanted it to be a possibility, but now my mind has decided. I want to be a wrestler like the Rock. I know it's a hard road to travel but I will have the dedication to make it. And it's all because I read this book. Vince Mcmahon, I hope you read this because your gonna have to get the WWF ready for me. Thank you Rock, I've been in a career deciding limbo and your book has taken me out of it.

Book Review: Better off with Mankind's
Summary: 1 Stars

This book spent more time on his football career than on his wrestling one. It comes off as a book written by an arrogant guy and you can tell little if not none of it was actually written by The Rock. They try to do this thing where he has a voice for The Rock and a voice for Dwayne Johnson (his real name) and it doesn't work and makes the book an annoying read. Costs as much as Mankind's which is better and like twice as long.

Book Review: Better than Foley? Suuuurree....
Summary: 3 Stars

Well, a lot of people are saying how this is more enjoyable to read than Foley's, etc. Naturally, most of these people are only interested in the WWF stuff, with what the Rock is most familiar with. It also helps that he has a ghostwriter to aid him in writing it, making it more accessible to the unwitting fan.

And that's the thing. Foley's may be uneven at times, and it bogs down in certain points, but that's because HE wrote it. Every line was handwritten by Foley and only edited for grammar and spelling. But at least you knew that all the gaffes in Foley's book were his own. It was authentic. It was hardcore. Rock's is slick, polished and well-written...by the ghostwriter.

Mick Foley's book is more comprehensive, more authentic, and it's the read deal. This is a souped up biography wrapped in a neat little package.
