Not looked back since. Though the moves look simple they do take a fair degree of poise and strength to practice - let alone refine. I honestly saw myself becoming more toned after two weeks. Not only that but my self confidence is higher and my posture is better. The only gripe I've had is that it can at times take a while to figure out just how a few of the moves should be done, a video/DVD may have helped. But in the end I settled for what I thought would work - it's fun, who cares if it's not perfect. |
