I wouldn't advise getting the little one, the font is just too small and puts a strain on the old eyes. There is a step up version that still fits into your pocket. As far as the content is concerned, a must have if you ask me. Book Review: In my country ?s boockshops, is imposible to find The Sanford Guide.

We need the Sanford Guide to Microbial, because is very important for my daugther in the University, she is a pharmacy student. The main boockshops in Costa Rica don't sell that book.
Successfully, Amazon is the solution to the problem.

This is a good book to have when doing a rotation or shadowing a physician expecially in family med and internal. However, the only complain I would have is the type font is a bit small but nevertheless its a keeper. Book Review: A necessary reference for every provider
