I work as a hospitalist in a busy community hospital. I use a commercial software product as a quick reference for other meds, but still stick with this classic reference for antibiotics and sensitivities. Small and lightweight, it doesn't take up much room in your pocket. Med students and residents in particular shouldn't leave home without it! Book Review: five stars
