Book Reviews of The Satanic Bible

Book Review: A MASTERPIECE!... at Brainwashing
Summary: 5 Stars

Anton Laveys - The Satanic Bible is an brilliant work of, mind control through hypnosis. Not intended to promote "Satanism" but to:

a. Create a large CULT called "Satanists" - (which is exactly what it did)

b. Establish himself as a CULT leader - (which is exactly what it did)

c. Get rich off the sad and hurting people of this world who were, and are looking for answers, dumb and intelligent alike. (by the way... those sad and hurting people were created to be sad and hurt. From people just like himself...A true Luciferian, not a "true Satanist" that he claimed to be... though unwittingly his mesmerized cult followers fell for it, and still do. See what i meant in statement b.?) Or is his spell of hypnosis on you?

d. Promote social discord local, and global for the real Luciferians, the Illuminati(Or should i say KIlluminati?)

I guess he wasn't, "the Devil". Then again as he did state that satanism was created to sevice a greater cause of evil. OOPS... sorry Anton i just blew your cover. Wait...? Is it possible to appologize to a dead man, or is that a "dead Devil"? Please everyone refer to the statments above, (Illuminati), c., "A true Luciferian", and the intro of this qritique i'm dishing out.

So in all fairness yes this book deseves a five star rating on the basis that it is indeed a book of hypnosis, as for "satanism"... i mean "cultism" i give it a five star rating too, and as for "Satanism created to sevice a greater cause of evil"... I guess he certainly did that (sadly enough for the human race). For by doing so he cancelled out his own rules like "self preservation is the highest law"(ding dong... wake up!) I'll tell you one thing when his masters FULLY take over, there wont be much room for self preservation. Instead the result will be a communistic run, world of slavery...and all his cult followers helped, and continue to help...(oddly enough???) to bring it on themselves and the rest of the world, again I give it a five star rating.

Which leaves us with a decisive , and accurate qritique of The Satanic Bible, Anton Lavey, the book of hypnosis, the lies, and betrayal:

Although he was a pawn, thinking himself to be greater. Maybe he was "the Devil". After all he did hypnotize hundreds of thousands into being his cult puppets, and helped secure slavery for them in the future at the same time as well, (remember folks he was a cult leader, he made up the name "Satanism" , and it's own "church" that qualifies "Satanism" as a cult!) while fooling everyone (well maybe not everyone) during his Luciferian worship on his free time.

I guess "Satanism" really is a "self indulging way of life" sadly enough the cultist still say:

"HAIL SATAN!"

ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS! - AND THATS THE TRUTH!

Book Review: A MUST READ FOR ALL RELIGIONS
Summary: 5 Stars

ANTON LAVEY IS A VERY TALENTED MAN AND THIS BOOK SHOWS THE GREATEST CONCEPTS OF SATISIM.THIS BOOK IS A MUST READ FOR PEOPLE OF ALL RELIGIONS.

Book Review: A Must Read!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a great book and I would recommend it to all who would like to gain an insight into Satanism. Reading this book would provide the other side of the argument. Christians have always condemmned Satanism for everything that has gone wrong. Obviously they have yet to read this great book. Instead of taking everything the (Christian)bible to be the biblical truth, one should first read this book before jumping to conclusion. Only then can you make an informed decision. You won't regret it!

Book Review: A Pastiche of Contradictions...
Summary: 1 Stars

One would believe, after reading Lavey's "Bible" that it is only through his teachings that one can find undefiled self-knowledge, or so he would have you think -- by force or cunning. Did he seriously believe that his philosophy is the original cornerstone of self-enlightenment? He mentions the idea of misderection in one of his chapters and that seems to be what this book is largely about, and, of course, the joke is on the reader. If the reader searches for his picture on the internet, he will find a dark and predictably intimidating face donned in a Halloween costume, blazing out at him.
He considers himself a great prophet casting out all the charlatans who came before him, but how can this be if their is no God, or supernatural? The idea of Satan originated with the Old Testament: If there is no God, who created Satan?
Are all christians unenlightened herd animals? Had he never read Kierkegaard? Lavey's ideas are largely borrowed from Nietzsche, but in comparison he is in no manner as penetrating and insightful as Nietzsche. His ideas do in fact lead to those of social darwinism as practiced by the Nazis. The strong must crush the weak. Thus he wishes to return to the dark and bloodied landscape of the predator and his prey. It's amazing how many people with this mentality want to be the predator, but lack the courage to be the prey!
His undefiled enlightenment consists of getting in touch with one's darkner nature, although an important step to self-enlightenment, this is certainly nothing new.
It is interesting to note that while he claims disbelief in the supernatural, the final section deals with casting spells! He is more at home with De Sade, Readbeard, and other pseudo occultists. But the point is, this has all been said before.
Is his philosophy not that of a parading hypocrite? Have not all charlatans and dictators said the same thing? What's new here? And moreover, what's a guy parading around in a Halloween costume, pulling pranks, going to teach anyone about self-elightenment?

Book Review: A Real Eye Opener!
Summary: 5 Stars

Anton LaVey effectively debunks the many absurd myths of organized religion. He proves that human nature is always complex and carnal. The Satanic Bible is probably the most accurate depiction of our collective behavior ever written. LaVey correctly asserts that we are each masters of our own destiny and not bound by redundant, repressive superstitions to achieve spiritual growth and happiness in our lives. That being said, he proves that we are therefore largely responsible for our success or failure in life and that no great redeemer will come out of the sky to save us from our own stupidity. The Satanic Bible is the most truthful book about the nature of our existence I've ever read. While it may seem depressing at times, it is nonetheless the unvarnished truth. A saddening truth is always superior to a joyful, thinly veiled lie. All in all, the Satanic Bible will awaken the sleeping wisdom in many of us, but should be avoided by those whose ego is easily crushed and those who are so weak that they need a holy crutch to make it through each day.
